Kenny Pollock
Ken passed suddenly on January 8th, 2013. Born on February 8th, 1958 to Daniel L. and Loyola H. Pollock in Salt Lake City, UT. He married his soul mate and love of his life, Vickie Barnes, on July 10, 1981. Ken spent many years in the automotive industry and was admired by all who knew him. He was a gifted man who overcame much in his life. He would never allow circumstances or judgment of him to define who he was. He chose to rise above them and make a difference in this world. He loved working with his hands on cars, his home, and yard. There was not anything Ken could not fix or do, he was so generous with his time and money. Anything Ken touched turned to gold. Ken was the giver and the gift. He loved a challenge, he was very purpose driven, and conscientious. He was faithful, loyal, happy, and creative. Ken is an incredible artist. Ken was always a big tease, he loved to make people laugh and see the joy in life.
Ken was passionate about helping those who crossed his path. He was not afraid to use the gifts and talents he knew God had blessed him with. Ken is the most loving, kind and devoted husband and father! He brought life, love, and laughter to so many. He will be greatly missed. Ken is preceded in death by his mother and father-in-law, James F. and Lettie Barnes. He is survived by his loving wife, Vickie; his beloved children; Nicholas (Caitlan), and Jesse, his parents: Daniel and Loyola Pollock; siblings: Dan Pollock, Loyola (Bo) Bowditch, Angelina (Rae) King, and Sandy (Garri) Lalaian.
