Kerry Dee Schofield

Kerry Schofield, 68, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at his home.

He was born November 25, 1953 in Ogden, Utah to Sherman and Edean Adams Schofield.

Kerry was employed by the Freeport Center for over 40 years.

He loved the Salt Lake Golden Eagles and the Grizzlies Hockey teams and was a lifetime season ticket holder.  He also looked forward to the two week deer hunt each year. He enjoyed camping, fishing and being in the outdoors sitting around a camp fire with family.

He was a simple man and made friends with everyone. He adored his five nephews, four nieces, seven great-nephews and seven great-nieces.

Kerry is survived by his siblings, Sherma (Larry) Stuart and David (Nikki) Schofield.

A special thank you to the Utah Cancer Specialists and to Dr. Jason Stinnett for their careful care and service to Kerry.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with friends Monday, June 13^th from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.at the mortuary.

Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
