Kirk Davis Walker

LAYTON a€" Kirk Davis Walker, 54, passed away suddenly of natural causes Saturday, June 11, 2011.

He was born March 20, 1957 in Kalispell, Montana the son of Earl Grant and Louree Davis Walker.

Kirk married Diane Taylor on August 2, 1985 in the Salt Lake Temple.

He was an architect with Naylor Wentworth Lund Architects and fulfilled his dream of designing LDS Temples.

Kirk loved spending time with his wife and four sons. He also enjoyed coaching soccer and working with the youth.

Surviving are his wife Diane, four sons, Grant, Jamison, Davis, Harrison, three sisters, Kim (Jim) Cheff, Keri (Jim) Lee, and Kiris (Doug) Jones.

Preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 17, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the Layton Stake Center, 125 Chapel Street, Layton. Friends may visit family Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
