Lance Thomas Trujillo Torres went home to his Heavenly Father on February 13, 2025.
Lance was born on September 16, 2003, in Salt Lake City, UT.
After graduating at Layton High School in 2022, he worked at Standard Plumbing as a shipping and receiving associate.
Lance loved spending time with his family, playing video games with his friends, and watching UFC fights. He enjoyed reading, fishing, and anything to do with dinosaurs. He was loved by all who knew him and left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
Lance is preceded in death by Walter Martinez (Grandfather), Eusebio Torres (Grandfather), Tony Martinez (Uncle), and Lance Martinez (Uncle).
He is survived by Ernesto Torres (Father), Debbie Torres (Mother), Gabe Trujillo & Alisha Montano (Biological Parents), Siblings Daisia Torres, Arianna Trujillo, Lalo Montano, Damien, Surenity, and Lorenzo Trujillo, his one and only Niece Eliyannah Hernandez, Carol Contreras (Grandmother), Christina Contreras (Aunt), Manuel Trujillo (Uncle), and many other Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Apollo (his husky dog).
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday February 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.at Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 210 Chapel St., Layton, Utah. Friends may visit with family Wednesday February 19, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd. A vigil with Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
