LaPriel Mathias Carlton Loney

April 19, 1921 ~ March 19, 2019

LaPriel Mathias Carlton Loney passed away on March 19, 2019. She was born on April 19, 1921 in Brigham City, Utah, a daughter of Oral Reeves and Edna Constance Mathias. She attended Ogden City Schools and Weber State University.

She married David A. Carlton on September 27, 1946. He passed away on April 14, 1986. She married D. W. “Bill” Loney on June 29, 1991, he passed away on May 7, 1999.

LaPriel was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. LaPriel worked at Hill Air Force Base as an administrative officer for 34 years and retired in 1975. She wants everyone to remember her alive and smiling, not dead.

LaPriel is survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Brigham City Cemetery. Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
