LARRY KLIN DARTON

1959-2014

Larry Klin Darton passed away January 1, 2014.  He was born in Delta, Utah on December 5, 1959 to Lawrence J. and Helen Law Darton-Warner.  He married Shauna Rae Anderson in Elko, Nevada on May 7, 1983.  He was a member of the LDS Church.

The love for his family was immeasurable and time spent with them was never enough.  He also loved the outdoors, especially camping, hiking and dirt bike riding.  He had a great sense of humor and an infectious smile.  He was always willing to help others.  He took pride in his work and was blessed with many talents.  At the time of his passing he worked as an engineer at Westgate Resorts but his love and specialty was hardwood floors.  He enjoyed life to its fullest.

He is survived by his wife, Shauna; daughter, Starla Linnea Darton; son, Troy Klin Darton;  grandchildren, Bostynn Rae Darton and Harlee Ainsley Pulver; father, Lawrence (Leona Kay) Darton;  mother, Helen (Howard) Warner; siblings, Steven (Paula) Darton, Shyvonne (Rolin) Stutes,  Kayleen (Sandy) Webb,  Kristine Daley and Doug (Blenda) Darton.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at the Hillcrest 3rd Ward Chapel, 1165 E. 8600 S. Sandy, Utah.  Friends may visit the family at the church on Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. and on Tuesday 10:00-10:45 a.m. prior to the services.  Burial will follow the memorial service at Lake Hills Memorial Park 10055 S.
