Laura Pardini Brinkman

June 6, 1923 ~ September 14, 2014

Laura was born in Pocatello, Idaho on June 6, 1923 of Armando Egisto Pardini and Evelina Pasquina Benedetti.  She attended Logan High School.  Laura married John (Jack) W. Burns and has two children, Jack Leon and Sidnee Joy (Merrill).  She moved to Ogden with her family where she worked as a checker in the grocery business for many years.  Laura married Alan (Brink) Brinkman of Salt Lake City, and loved her work as office manager for Salt Lake County Meals-on-Wheels.

She was living at Silverado Adult Care in Salt Lake City when she passed away on September 14, 2014.  The family thanks Silverado for their loving care of our mother.

She has ten grandchildren, thirty two great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.  Laura was preceded in death by her husband, Alan, her daughter Sidnee and two of her great grand-daughters.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Rd.  Friends may visit with family on Saturday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
