Daughter, sister, aunt and friend passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2012. She was born June 3, 1970 in Ogden, Utah to Elaine Passey and William E. Goodell Jr.

Laurie graduated from Bonneville High School and attended classes at Weber State University. She was currently completing her schooling to certify as a Paralegal.

Surviving are her father and three brothers Blaine (Terri), Craig (Robyn) and Scott (Patti). She also has 11 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother.

Laurie was blessed with a beautiful voice and enjoyed singing and playing the piano.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 1, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit family Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Eden Cemetery.
