SYRACUSE a€" Mom, Thank you for making us who we are today. Laurie Renee Weaver, 39, mother, granddaughter, sister, niece, friend and our angel here on earth passed away Monday, September 24, 2007. To know her was to love her.

Laurie was born September 26, 1967 in Lancaster, California the daughter of Paul Ray and Mary Lane Rogers.

Laurie had an inner strength that carried her through the tough times. She was passionate about everything she did, raising her children, growing her garden, hard working and fun loving. Her inner beauty and independence were obvious to everyone.

She selflessly gave herself to her family and friends. Laurie was always there when anyone needed a helping hand or a shoulder to cry on.

Gone too soon, she touched the lives of everyone she met. We love you and will struggle with the void that is left in our lives.

Surviving are her husband Phillip Weaver, son Jamie Weaver, Syracuse; Jill Weaver, Syracuse; grandmothers, Datherine Reed, Granada Hills, CA; Jeanie Zesiger, Layton; brothers, Frank Rogers, Joe Rogers both of Utah; Aunt Jackie Harvey, CA; special friend Jon Pearce, numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Preceded in death by her father Ray Rogers and her Godfather Richard B. Weaver.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 28, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 1 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary.
