Lee Trujillo
LAYTON - Lee Trujillo, 80, passed away Friday, May 4, 2012 surrounded by his loving family at home.
He was born September 20, 1931 in Loma, Colorado the son of Albert Trujillo and Ernestine Cordova Trujillo Martinez.
Lee married Cora Archuleta on December 24, 1953 in Layton, Utah.
He served in the Army in Germany during 1948 to 1952.
Lee worked at Hill Air Force Base retiring in 1985. He was a member of the VFW.
Lee liked all outdoor activities, singing around the campfire, swap meets, garage sales and was a wheeler dealer. He loved being with his family.
Surviving are his wife Cora of 59 years, daughters, Rita (Arnold) Ortiz, Pocatello, ID; Tammy Trujillo, Layton; son, Marty Trujillo, Ogden; grandchildren, Arnold Ortiz Jr, Monique Ortiz Miranda, Damon Udy, Dustin Udy, Freedom Udy Warren, Marty Trujillo Jr. Regina Trujillo, Desi Trujillo, Corrine Trujillo, 12 great-grandchildren, and sister Stella Doughty, Nyssa, ORE.
Preceded in death by his parents, brother, Orlen Trujillo, sisters, Polly, Berta and Sarah.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 11, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit family on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
