Leonard Blaine Miller

RIVERDALE- Leonard B. Miller (PaPa) was tenderly released from his galliant battle of lung cancer Friday April 6, 2012 embraced by his loved ones in Riverdale Utah. He was born February 2, 1953 to LJ Dewayne Miller and Eva Marie Quinn Miller in Pocatello Idaho.

Leonard joined the Navy when he was 18 years old and was honorably discharged four years later where he settled down in Ogden, Utah and had two wonderful children Steven and Shiloy.

He joined the family business Intermountain Cash Registers where he worked hard and digiligently for 35 years where he was loved and respected by everyone he met. He particularly loved his work with the National Parks, nationwide where he built a special bond with all of whom he worked with and treasured his friendship with each and everyone one of them.

Leonard married the love of his life Pennie Miller, August 8, 1991 where he embraced with open arms four more children, Alishia (Lupe) Castillo, Tiffinie (Rob) McAffe, DJ and Robert Wakley where they all settled in as a family. Leonard enjoyed his (man cave) in Bear Lake ,Utah were he shared and made so many memories with his dear friends and family.

Papa will be greatly missed by all of whose lives he touched, and he will forever be in our hearts.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday April 10, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Family will meet with friends from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the services.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made at any Bank of Utah to the Leonard B. Miller memorial fund.
