Lilly Madison Swank

Our beautiful daughter, Lilly Madison Swank, returned to Heaven on Tuesday, June 10, 2008.

She was born June 6, 2008 in Ogden, Utah to Isaac W. and Krystal M. Stark Swank.

"Our tiny, little daughter as precious as precious can be. You are our joy, our breath and our eternity". "We all love you".

Lilly is survived by her parents; grandparents, Wendy (Rick) Sweeten, San Diego, CA; Curtis Stark, Uintah; Warran and Francene Swank, Sunset; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 14th at 3 p.m. at Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.

Friends and family may call Saturday from 2 to 2:30 p.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.
