Linda Carol Hall
Linda Carol Hall Ford passed away Friday, October 28, 2011 in Bountiful Utah. She was born March 26, 1945 to Cleo Hall and Bertha Stallings.
Her proudest accomplishments were her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a thoughtful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Her passions included watching sports, jazz music, cooking and art. She was also a very competitive Skip-Bo player. She was very adventurous and traveled to all corners of the world. She never missed a detail whether planning a party or her next great experience. She lived life to the fullest.
Linda was a dynamic business woman for 35 years. She was a pioneer in the computerized accounting and software business. She formed her own company, Create a Check, in 1989. She earned several awards including Utah’s Fastest Growing Company and made the Inc. 500 list of privately held companies three consecutive years.
We will always cherish her wisdom, sharp sense of humor, her amazing parties, her ability to take control of a situation and the many, many rich and timeless memories. We love you and we will miss you.
She is preceded in death by her father Cleo Hall and her sister Barbara Hall Marti. She is survived by her husband Michael Ford; mother, Bertha Hall; two loving sons, Adam (Melanie) Kesler, Jared (Amy) Kesler; the loving Ford family; numerous grandchildren; two sisters, Karla and Janis and two brothers, John and Jim. She is also survived by Fritz, Max, Andy and Lily her toy poodles.
A wake will be held 5 pm October 30, 2011 at the Ford residence, 1668 Ridge Point Dr., Bountiful, UT.
