Linda Christine Julien
Our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Linda Christine Julien passed away peacefully on the
afternoon of April 13th 2018, surrounded by her family. She was born in Santa Ana California on
December 23rd, 1951 to Hal Jerome Corcoran and Barbara Ruth Estep. She was married to Craig
Kenneth Julien on January 30, 1970 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple, sealed for time and all eternity.
She attended Brigham Young University before graduating from the University of Nevada-Reno with a
Bachelor of Science in Education and a minor in Music. She had a life-long love of music and the voice of an angel.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, after joining the church at the age of 17 in California. She served in many music callings throughout her life. She endured a long-term battle with diabetes, and all of the related complications, while raising her beautiful family of six children.
She is survived by her husband Dr. Craig K. Julien; son David K. Julien (Kara), daughters Jennifer E.
Tate (Darrell), Shannon L. Fuller (Benjamin), Tara C. Bruce (Bartley), Julie A. Julien and Angela
Stevenson (Ryan); sister Betty Cole (Sidney); and 19 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She
was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Bobbie Connelly.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 North Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah 84041. Friends may visit with the family Tuesday, April 17, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.
Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton.
