On December 26, 1947, Linda Burraston Keyes graced the world, infusing it with an extra touch of brightness. A beloved daughter, devoted wife, nurturing mother, cherished sister, and loving grandmother. Linda embodied kindness, compassion and was full of laughter.
She always found a way of staying happy amidst moments of hardship, especially toward the end of her days. Her presence never failed to bring happiness to those around her.
Linda was a creative person and expressed it in her artistic skills. She loved to sew, sing, dance, refurbish old furniture, and could do anything she set in her mind to accomplish. Her lightheartedness and humor was infectious and left an indelible mark.
On December 28, 2023, Linda departed with her loving husband by her side. She has left a void felt by everyone fortunate to have crossed paths with her. May the memory of her radiant blue eyes bring solace and joy, and may her heart forever find freedom.
Linda is survived by her husband, Fred Keyes; son, Steven (Heather)Yearsley; daughter, Jamie (Ryan) Dixon; son, Clinton (Jennifer) Haymond; daughter, Jennifer Haymond; son, Alex (Brooke) Keyes; and daughter, Bridgette (Lee) Keyes; 17 grandchildren, 1great-grandchild and 5 siblings.
