She married Garth Barnes in 1960 and had 3 children, Steven, Dana and LuAnn. Garth and Linda were later divorced, but remained friends. She married Larry Landon in September of 1993, they shared 15 happy, wonderful years together and loved and cared for each other to the end.
Linda''s career was Secretarial, she worked for the Weber School District for many years as an Elementary School secretary, she loved young children her entire life. Later she started a career with Hill Air Force Base where she retired. She was a member of the LDS church.
She is survived by her loving husband Larry, her children Steven (Lori), Dana and Luann, stepchildren Scott (Brenda) and Darrin, her grandchildren, Melissa, Brittnee, Jake, Samantha, Hallee, Dalton and Riley, step grandchildren Alyssa, Stephanie, Zach, Dylan, Lance, Eric, and Austin and her 2 great grandchildren Owen, Adysin, Bryker and Treyten.
Her brother Ron passed away suddenly in 1968 at the age of 31, shortly after Ron''s passing her parents were taken by cancer as well, while a devastating turn of events for her, Linda remained strong for her loved ones.
Linda will be missed very much, not one unkind thing could be said of her; she had every quality of goodness known in this existence. We, her family know she is in a new, exciting and wonderful place and she is happy, she has joined her Daddy, Mama, and brother whom she missed so much.
Although breast cancer took her life, It never conquered her spirit.
We miss you Mom and love you so much.
