Linda Rumsey

Linda Rumsey age 66 passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2013. Her parents were Oscar Pottkotter and Mary Horspool Pottkotter. She had several brothers and sisters due to the marriages of her parents. She also has a large extended family many of whom live in the Ogden area.

She was married to Leonard Rumsey and they raised four boys. This has produced several grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She worked at Hill Air Force Base for more than 30 years, finishing up as a Program Manager where she traveled the world in her job. During her working years, she enjoyed numerous relaxing family camping trips.

She suffered a brain aneurysm 15 years ago, but she remained very positive throughout her disability. As soon as you met her you became her friend.

Thanks to the staff at Wasatch Care Center for the excellent care they gave her this past year. She loved everyone there staff, residents, and guests alike.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 3 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
