Lois Fay Upchurch Gailey

Lois Fay Upchurch Gailey, 88, passed away on Sunday 16, 2017.

She was born on November 30, 1928 in Hominy, Oklahoma to Leo and Delpha Tomlin Upchurch.

She lived in the Ogden area.  She was an amazing seamstress.  She enjoyed crocheting and doing needlework.  She was an avid reader and loved crossword puzzles.  She loved her sweet tea.

She is survived by her daughters: Linda (Evan) Smith, Patty (Paul) Dodge, Michelle Perkins and Robin (Jon) Burk; 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her son, Steven Gailey; her parents; and two brothers, Scud and Jimmy.

The family will meet with friends on Friday, July 21, 2017 between 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.  Graveside services to follow at  2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd, Ogden.
