Loretta Irene Walker Nance
I Loretta Irene Nance having fought a long battle with Diabetes and kidney failure left this world on November 7, 2015.
I was born on October 31, 1939 to Boyd B. Walker and Inez A. Verley. In April 1957 I married my sweetheart, John Larry Nance. We had 51 years and 9 days together before his passing in 2014. In January of 1961 we were sealed for all time and eternity in the Salt Lake Temple.
I was preceded in death by my loving husband and two of my precious sons, Brian Nance and Gregory Nance, my parents, a brother and sister, Alva Dean Walker and Marjorie Pectol.
I leave behind my son Monty Ray Nance, my sisters Rosetta Jensen, Eloise Dunston, my brother Boyd E. Walker, my 3 grandchildren Charity Green, Lacey (Thomas) Forsberg and Joseph Nance, my 2 great-grandchildren Talon Forsberg & Hayden Forsberg.
I wish at this time to thank my son Monty for all the love and care he has given me. Also, thank you to the people from Hearts for Hospice for their care and consideration for my comfort.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary 1867 No. Fairfield Rd. Friends may visit with family on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.
Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Ogden
