LAYTON a€" Lorraine Nietert Martinez, 39, passed away Sunday, December 21, 2008.

She was born on March 25, 1969 in Ogden the daughter of Ross A. and Deborah Blanche Stratton Nietert.

Lorraine was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Layton.

She loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, skiing, trips to Bear Lake, and spending time with those closest to her.

Surviving are her significant other Curtis Wahlstrom, daughters, Vanessa and Justine Martinez, parents, Ross and Deborah Nietert, Lincoln, MT; grandmother, Blanche Stratton, Clearfield; sisters, Jeanette (Gabe), Casey (Gerald), Brandy (Mike) and many, many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Clearfield City Cemetery, 1050 South State Street.
