Louetta M. McCoy, 91, passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016. She was born on December 16, 1924 in Safford, AZ to Orville Lee and Ada Allred Lucas.

She married Warren Evan Raby on July 17, 1940 in Phoenix, AZ. Warren passed away on November 23, 2000. She married Jack McCoy who passed away in 2003.

Louetta was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in numerous ward callings in the church over the years. She also served the Lord as a temple worker for many years.

She worked for both the State and Federal Government as a case worker in the State Welfare Department and the Internal Revenue Service. She also enjoyed her service as a realtor.

She enjoyed bowling, sewing, gardening, cooking and loved interacting with her grandchildren.

Louetta is survived by her son, Lawrence Lee Raby, Ogden; daughters, Nancy L. Vasser, San Diego, CA; Katherine Ada Colunga, Ogden, UT; and Gail Ann Colunga, Layton, UT; 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, sons, Warren Jr. and Ronald Raby; parents, brothers, Keith and Val Lucas; sisters, Wilma Lynn and Dorthy Ann Paine.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
