Louis Earl Beardall

Louis Earl Beardall, 73, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2007 at Ogden Regional Medical Center.

He was born February 15, 1934, in Salina, Utah to Vernal and Anna Marabee Bird Beardall. After graduating from high school he attended and graduated from Utah State University.

Louis served in the United States Marine Corp. from 1954 to 1956.

He married Joyce Ann Partington in Logan on July 8, 1954. They were later divorced. In September of 1974, he married Dixie Lee Dixon in Paradise, Valley, NV. They were later divorced.

Louis was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He was the owner and operator of a gas station and grocery store in Arco, Idaho.

Louis was a member of the Elks and a huge school supporter with Booster Club in Arco.

He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Louis is survived by two daughters, Patricia Kaye Dixon, Roy; Paula Ann Wankier, Spanish Fork; three step-children, Theresa Day, Kelly Dixon, Jerry Dixon; 14 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and a brother, Neil.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, sisters, and a daughter, Susan Dawson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 30th at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.

Friends and family may call Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Springville Cemetery at 3 p.m.
