OGDEN – Our loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Louis Gonzaga Gallegos, passed away Monday, April 12, 2010.
He was born January 24, 1930 in New Mexico, a son of Telesfaro and Margarita Fresquez Gallegos.
On February 25, 1952, Louis married Rose Emma Maes.
He was an active member of the Catholic Church, St. Joseph’s Parish in Ogden.

Louis was a great family man. He loved spending time with his family and he was an inspiration to us with his wisdom and knowledge. He was well known for his generosity, kindness and unconditional love, but most of all, for his love and faith in God and Jesus Christ. He enjoyed spending time restoring cars and trucks and teaching his sons his restoration passion.
“It rained today! The rain woke me from my sleep. This morning is a good day. The sun came out to play. The sage is burning, God has prepared a place in Heaven for my father and grandfather. It rained today. A rock in my life has been lifted. It rained today. My father’s life has been gifted. What’s done is done. There is a time for everything. A time for laughter, a time for sorrow. Today God rained a blessing upon us for better days and tomorrows.” Amen.
