Louise Campos

October 9, 1941 — January 17, 2025

Today we say goodbye to Louise, beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother who served as our sanctuary and beacon of light. Louise departed from this world on January 17, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness. Louise walked through life with a gentle strength while touching the lives of everyone she encountered with an unforgettable grace.

Louise M. Campos was born to Florencio Redding and Claudina Cisneros in Questa, New Mexico on October 9, 1941. She married Cleofos "Archie" Campos in October of 1958 in Ogden, Utah. Later in life she spent the remaining years of her life with Tito Chacon who continued to raise her children and grandchildren.

Along with the love of her life Tito Chacon. Louise was deeply dedicated to her friends and found immense joy in cooking, crocheting, traveling, being outdoors and cherishing every moment with her family. She would stop to enjoy her impressive roses that she was so proud of.

Lousie is survived by her three children, Rick Campos, Danny Campos, and Micheal Campos; her 12 grandchildren, Kenneth, Karesse, Anissa, Isiah, Crystal, Shalese, A.J., Shayla, Tanisha, Daniel, Josslyn and numerous great-grandchildren; .her sisters, Josie Campbell, Mary Placencia; and brother, Joe Redding. She is also survived by a special great-grandson, Mauricio Perez and great-great-granddaughter, Athena Perez.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Deanna Sanchez; grandson, Jose “Wedo” Campos; granddaughter, Chasity Campos; her mother and father; sisters, Nora Herrera and Becky Hidalgo; and brothers, Jake and Junior Redding, 

The family wishes to thank all those who have helped Louise and us over the past few months. Your support has meant the world to us all.

 Friends may visit with family on Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah. All friends and family are welcome and appreciated.
