Our beloved Mother, 89, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 19, 2008 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born January 29, 1919 in Ogden, Utah to Ethel Romania Clark and Joseph Burton Foulger.
Louise graduated from the Dee Hospital of Nursing and entered the Army as a nurse during World War II. It was there she met the love of her life, Keith Russell Kerr. They were married on February 24, 1944 and their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Surviving are her six children, Jolene (Art) Malan, Susan (Brooks) Petersen, Greg Kerr, Gary (Vonette) Kerr, Janet Cazier, and Steve (Cheng-hua) Kerr. She has 22 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Keith, all four of her siblings, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Louise was an active member of the LDS Church and was well known for her gardening and the hundreds of afghans she crocheted for her family, friends and Humanitarian Aide. She had a special love for all children.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 24th at 11:00 a.m. at the Nordic Valley Ward Chapel, 2900 North Hwy 162, Eden, Utah.
Friends and family may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. and on Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Humanitarian Aide.
