Lowell T. Weber
OGDEN – Lowell Tilton Weber, 77, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at Ogden Regional Medical Center. He was a kind hearted storyteller and was a loving husband, father and grandfather who lived a long, full life.
Lowell was born June 27, 1931 in Randolph, Nebraska, to Howard and Lola Weber.
He married Colleen Faye Bierschenk on December 24, 1973 in Elko, Nevada.
Lowell worked as a farmer in Nebraska until 1973 when he and his family moved to Ogden and Lowell began his 27 year long haul trucking career.
He is survived by his wife, Colleen Weber, Ogden; their son, Mike (Melissa) Weber, Ogden; their daughter, Julie Weber, Anchorage, AK; his daughters, Deb (Gary) Sporleder, Kerry (Terry) Nathan, Becky Reuss and his son, Lane (Kim) Weber, all of Pierce, NE; 21 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Lowell was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Paulina Jurgens, one granddaughter and one son-in-law.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
Friends may call at the mortuary on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday 1:45 to 2:45 p.m.
Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
