Lucas Jay Farner CLEARFIELD – Lucas Jay Farner was born on January 21, 2009 at 5:28 a.m. and died April 9, 2009. He was a loving addition to our family and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his mother Patricia Coral Farner, father Jason Thomas Farner, sister Frankie-Lee, brother Dallin and lots of family. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 13, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 W. 5600 So. Friends and family may call Monday one hour prior to services. Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
