Mom returned to Heavenly Father on Sunday, January 6, 2013, reuniting with all her loved ones.
Rose was born March 23, 1940 in Ilo Ilo City, Panay Islands, Philippines, to Simon Palzario and Loretta Go.
On August 12, 1963, Lucita married Edward George Drollette and they were sealed together for eternity on November 26, 2011.
Mom was loved for her wonderful cooking, and designing and sewing of beautiful dresses and quilts. She was also a "master fisherman" who always caught the biggest fish.
She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Rose really enjoyed her last job as a Wal-Mart greeter where she made many quick friends, and also renewed old friendships and acquaintances.
Lucita is survived by her wonderful husband of 50 years, Edward; five children, Vincent (Lauri) Drollette, Edward (Jolene) Drolet, Steven (Juanita) Drollette, LaVon (Lonnie) Eskelson, Joy (Kelly) Rees; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, mother, and eleven brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 10th at 11 a.m. at the LDS Park Ward Chapel, 5601 South 6100 West, Hooper.
The family will meet with friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.
Interment, Hooper Cemetery.
