Lyle B. Black

Lyle B. Black, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2015.  He was born to Andrew C. Black and Sarah M. Biddlecome in Glendale, Utah area.

He married Barbara J. Wright on February 7, 1948 in Ogden, Utah.

He worked at Hill AFB and Security Guard for many different companies. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Black, and many brothers and sisters, and granddaughter, Aubrey Auburn. 

Survived by his children, Lee A. (Sandie) Black and Nancy Black; grandson, Jeremy (Courtney) Black, granddaughter, Cathie Cholaj; and nephew, Mike Varner.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Rd.  Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to a charity of your choice.
