Lynda Patterson

ROY – Lynda Marston Patterson, 71, passed away November 9, 2016.

She was born May 31, 1945 the daughter of Myron and Mary Layton Marston.

Lynda married Johnny Patterson.

She was a member of the LDS Church and loved spending time with her family.  Lynda had a heart of gold and loved her family dearly.  She enjoyed being a great-grandma and lived to make others happy.

Surviving are her husband, daughters, Kelly (Bill) Connell, Tracy Patterson, granddaughter, Allaree (Whittney) Patterson, grandson Nathan Connell, great-grandchildren, Rynden, Kyler, Vincent, Abel, Boston and Jordynn.  Also surviving are her siblings, Doug Marston, Allen Marston, Darlla Taylor and Deborah Sampson.

Preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter, Ashley Dimos.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.  Friends may visit family Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.  Interment, West Point City Cemetery.

Lynda will be missed by all who knew her.  The family thanks everyone for the love and support in such a heartbreaking situation.
