Lynette Russell Love, 68, passed away at home on Friday, September 8, 2017.

She was born March 31, 1949 in Ogden, Utah to Jack and Venita Russell. She attended Roy High and graduated from Weber Adult High School in 1967. She lived in Ogden for more than 20 years and recently moved to Roy.

She married Stephen “Joe” Chugg in September 1965 and later had two children, Sherie, and Brent. Joe passed away in 1983. In 1993, Lynette married Dennis Love.

She worked at Hill Air Force Base before her retirement in 1989.

Lynette enjoyed spending time with her husband, daughter, son, mother, and granddaughter. She also loved her dogs and almost anything sweet.

Lynette is survived by her husband, Dennis, Roy; son, Brent Chugg, Salt Lake City; daughter, Sherie Hutchins, West Jordan; granddaughter, Kelsey Chugg, Salt Lake City; mother, Venita Russell, Roy; brother, Scott Russell, San Francisco, CA; and sister, Paula Freeman, Ogden. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Russell and her first husband, Stephen “Joe” Chugg.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 15, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
