Lynn H Christopherson

Lynn H. Christopherson, age 76, passed away at his home in Ogden, Utah on April 17, 2025, after a battle with cancer.

Lynn was born on August 21, 1948, in Ogden, Utah, to Ann Dabb and George Franklin Christopherson. Lynn was raised in Ogden and graduated from Ben Lomond High School in 1966.

He retired from Defense Depot Ogden as a Commodities Inspector.

Lynn married Janis Copps on January 4, 1975, in Elko, Nevada. They recently celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary. They raised their children in Ogden.

Lynn loved to spend time with family and friends, old cars, and walks with their dog, Harley.

Lynn is survived by his wife, Janis; two children, Casey (Jami) Christopherson and Stacy (Dale) Skeen. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Bernele Hale, Jeane Braegger, and Carol; his brother, Dale; and his little buddy Harley.

The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the medical staff at the Cancer Center at McKay Dee Hospital and Inspiration Hospice and Home Health for their loving care. We would like to especially thank Taylor, Paula, David, Kayla and Shelby for their compassionate care in Lynn’s final days.

The family held a private graveside service on April 22, 2025, at Myers Evergreen Memorial Park per Lynn’s wishes.
