Lynn Harry Findlay

LAYTON – Lynn Harry Findlay, 71, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at his home.

He was born December 1, 1943 in Layton, Utah the son of Stephen and Louise Flitton Findlay.

Lynn married Elaine Pruitt on August 21, 1969 in Elko, Nevada.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.  Lynn retired from ATK after 30 years of service.

He liked fishing, hunting, spending time with his family and going to the grandchildren’s softball and baseball games.

Surviving are his son, Charles (Jenni), Ogden; grandchildren, Jerzee, Luke, brothers, Reed (Barbara) and Tom (Gardia).

Preceded in death by his parents, wife Elaine and brother John.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.  Friends may visit family Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton, Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
