SYRACUSE - Lynn Smith, age 70, died Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at his home in Syracuse, Utah.

Lynn was born February 4, 1945 in Richwood, West Virginia to Lloyd Vincent Smith and Bessie Pauline Whitlock.  He was a special son of God.  He will be missed.

Preceded in death by parents and brother Roger Q Smith.  Survived by brother, Bernard Smith (Delia) of Syracuse; nephews: Lloyd, Jason, Nicholas, Ethan, Nathaniel, Nathan, and Richard and nieces: Megan, LaraLee, and Nicole.

Funeral services will held Monday, March 2, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Syracuse Meadows Ward Chapel,  700 South 2500 West, with Bishop Kerry Talbot officiating.  Friends may visit family Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
