Malon Glen Webster

A member of the Operating Engineers Local #3 for 49 years, Malon Glen Webster passed away in his home in Layton, Utah on September 28, 2015 at the age of 88.

He was born in Omaha, Nebraska on March 20, 1927 the son of Iolien and Max Webster.

He married Lorraine Saylor on September 26, 1948.  They had four children.

He is survived by his son Larry, daughters, Janis, Rhonda, Brenda, seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his wife Lorraine, brother Ernest and parents, Iolien and Max Webster.

The family would like to thank Howard and Chris Larkin, Chris Pritchett, Stan Inwood, Ned Clark, Denny Anderson, the crowd at Sill’s Café, Cascade Springs Health Care and Layton Hills Baptist Church for all they have done.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.  Friends may visit family Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.  Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
