Maralyn E. Nalder Brown

On April 22, 2021, Maralyn passed away peacefully at Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful, Utah with family by her side.

She was born November 27, 1936 in Monterey Park, California to Alva Jackson Hasty and Evelyn (Peggy) Louise Long.

She worked in various casinos in Nevada, including Carson City, Reno, Lake Tahoe, and Wendover.  After retiring she moved to Clearfield, Utah.

She really enjoyed cooking and was quite good at it and also enjoyed pressing and framing flowers.  She loved having family and friends over for tea and cookies made from scratch.

Maralyn is survived by four sons, John Nalder, Mike Nalder, Lane Nalder Jr. (LaVerna) and Brett Nalder.  Also surviving are her seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Nathaniel Nalder.

Inurnment, Greenwood Cemetery, Kellogg, Idaho at a later date.

Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
