Marcella Parson Westover

Marcella Parson Westover, 90, passed away November 2, 2015.  She was born January 25, 1925 in Union, Oregon to Charles and Verta Orton Thompson.  Marcella married William Westover in the Ogden Temple on December 17, 1994 and has lived in Hunt, Idaho and Clearfield, Utah.

As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she was actively involved in Relief Society and visiting teaching. She also enjoyed genealogy, crocheting, puzzles and loved animals.

Marcella is survived by Ruth (Tom) Curry, Glenn (Ana) Parson, Glenna Jean Gibson, Wainita (Gunner) Jernes, Larry (Brenda) Parson, Ron Parson, Donna (Don) Collins and AnnaB (Ken) Hepworth.  She is preceded in death by Norman Lee Parson.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2015 at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Rd.  Friends may visit family from 12:30 to 1:30 at the mortuary.  Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
