Marcia Jackson Galli

1939 ~ 2017

Marcia Jackson Galli embraced life with a generous heart.  She was 77 years young striving to battle the effects of colon cancer to spend more time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Curtis E. and Maurine E. Syndergaard Jackson, a younger brother, Curtis E. Jackson Jr., and three grandchildren, Megan Petersen, Brandon Petersen, and Jessica Maurine Hansen.  The reunion in heaven is well deserved.

She is survived by a sister Louise Atherly, Joseph, Utah; two daughters, Shawnee (Kyle) Hansen, North Ogden; Sherri Bond, Layton; five grandchildren, Bryce (Lauren) Petersen, Brianna (Ethan) Bowles, McKay Hansen, Connor Bond, Canyon Bond and one great-granddaughter, Olivia Petersen.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 12, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Kaysville Crestwood Stake Center, 855 E. Mutton Hollow Road, Kaysville.  Friends may visit family Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road and Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.  Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
