Margaret Roitz
Mrs. Margaret Roitz passed away peacefully on November 16, 2021, at her home in The Woodlands, Texas. Margaret had been a long-time resident of Fort Bridger, Wyoming. Margaret spent her childhood in Ogden, Utah, and Carter, Wyoming.
Margaret met and married Howard Forman, with whom she had two sons, Marty and Mike. After Howard passed away, Margaret married Ted Roitz. Ted and Margaret ran the family business, Roitz Meats, at their ranch in Fort Bridger.
Margaret loved her home and her hometown very much, but she moved to The Woodlands to be closer to her son, Marty, and his family during the last years of her life.
Margaret leaves behind her daughter-in-law, Mayla Forman, and granddaughters, Shandi (Tommy) Cunningham and Arianne Forman. Her daughter-in-law, Pam Forman, and grandsons, Sean (Heather), Ryan (Jennifer), and Christopher (Christina) Forman. Her great-grandchildren, Landen, Kamrielle, Nevaeh, Dallas, Hannah, Zoey, Avery, and Brie.
Margaret is also survived by her brothers, Donald (Lynnette) Richins and Jerry (Maria) Richins, both of Utah, and her sister, Teresa Jones of Tennessee, as well as her nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Eleanor and Lloyd Richins, her brother, Robert Richins, her husband, Howard Forman, her husband, Ted Roitz, and her sons, Mike and Marty Forman.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road Ogden, Utah. A luncheon will be held after the service.
