Margaret E. Schmidt

BOUNTIFUL - Margaret Ellis Schmidt, 80, returned to her Heavenly Father and Mother, March 4, 2008 in Bountiful, Utah.

She was born the daughter of Paul and Elizabeth Lindquist Ellis on April 15, 1927 in Ogden, Utah. She married Gary O. Schmidt, later divorced.

Margaret was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in many positions. She was a very caring person always there for neighbors, friends, and family. She was also a Hospice Care volunteer for many years. She enjoyed traveling for holidays and special family events.

She leaves behind her four sons and one daughter: Gary (Rosie), Kevin (Sue), Doug (Donna), Rob (Brent Moosman), and JoAnn (Bruce) Cummings; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She returns to her parents; brothers David, Charles, and Robert; sister Ruth Steed; and grandson Colby Schmidt.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 11 AM at Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. where friends may call Fri. from 6-8 PM and Sat. 9:45 to 10:45 AM prior to services. Interment Ogden City Cemetery. Condolences may be shared at www.lindquistmortuary.com
