Maria Cuevas

Maria Guadalupe Cuevas, also known as “Lupe” went to be with our Lord on Saturday, October 30, 2021. She was 69 at the time of her death.

Lupe lived in various states throughout her life including California, Texas and Utah.

Lupe was a successful business owner of a beauty salon. She was an avid arts and crafts guru which included knitting, crocheting and quilting. Lupe thoroughly enjoyed the ranch life and was always willing to lend a helping hand. She was a happy, loving wife and mother.

Lupe was a hardworking, strong, independent woman. In addition, she was an excellent cook.

Lupe is survived by three children, two grandchildren, three sisters and one brother. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.

We are eternally grateful for all the loving memories and being allowed to be a part of Lupe’s life.

The family will meet with friends from 4 to 9 p.m. on Monday, November 1, 2021 at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.
