Maria Frias

María Frías, 64, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 31, 2025. She was born on August 11, 1960 in Huaniqueo de Morales, Michoacan, Mexico to Trino Hernandez Huerta and Chavela Orozco Gil.

She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, dancing, and gardening. She enjoyed long conversations with the people she loved. She had a great sense of humor and knew how to make anyone laugh. Her favorite phrase was “keep a smile on your face, live your life happy, and laugh a little” 

Maria loved her grandkids and kids. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her son Carlos and daughter Sandra, as well as her grandchildren, siblings, and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Ogden City Cemetery, 1875 Monroe Blvd, where she will be laid to rest with her husband.
