Marie McIntosh King

Marie, age 55, left this life far too soon on January 16, 2014.

She was born April 30, 1958 in North Wales U.K., the daughter of Donald and Doreen McIntosh. She graduated from St. Georges’ High School for Girls. Marie was a special lady, always one unique Marie. She lived her life her way and all of her family members in the U.K. have many memories from when they were children together to their adulthood.  Her heartbroken family in the U.K. (no words can express our loss) will never forget her.

Surviving are her father, Donald McIntosh, siblings: Jeanette (Scott) Malpas, Lorraine (Stuart) Mineards, Nigel (Una) McIntosh, Kevin (Mandy) McIntosh, Jane (Mick) Drew, Ian (Trudy) McIntosh, and her many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Marie, her daughter Kelly and grandchildren Jaden and Haley will be held Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary 1878 N. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit with family on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 N. Fairfield Road.
