Marilee Ann Waite Packer

Marilee Ann Waite Packer 1953 a€" 2011 Our dear mother, grandmother, and sister Marilee Ann Waite Packer passed away December 14, 2011 in Kaysville. She was born September 8, 1953, the fifth child of Rulon Winton Waite and Oralie Bailey Waite. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her son Phillip Max Packer (Tiffany) and grand-daughters Jane and Paisley; her brothers Jan (Karen), Richard (Lu Ana), Robert, Ron (Pat), her sister Rula Waite Hunter (Robert) and many nieces and nephews. She was married to Tom Packer. They were later divorced. She hosted many holiday and birthday parties for her family which were very memorable occasions. Her two granddaughters were the absolute highlight of her life who affectionately called her "Nana Mar". She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was friends with many members of the Kaysville 13th Ward. The love and support of the wonderful brothers and sisters in the ward is very much appreciated by her and her family. Marilee was blessed with a beautiful soprano singing voice. She sang in several school choirs, Sounds of Zion with Utah State University, Utah Opera Chorus, and the Utah Symphony Chorus. She also had prominent singing roles in several musical productions of the Kaysville Civic Association. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main Street. A gathering of friends and family will be held from 9:30 a€" 10:30 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery
