Martina Alberta Rond Germer

Martina Alberta Rond Germer, 66, passed away Friday, August 19, 2011.

She was born April 11, 1945 in Evanston, Wyoming to Martina D. and Jospeh A. Rond.

Tina married Jimmie B. Germer and had two children. They later divorced.

She enjoyed family holidays and spending time with her grandchildren and sister, Sally. She also had a special love for animals resulting in a lifetime of pets.

Martina is survived by her son, Cory (Yesenia), Clearfield; daughter, Shannon (Shayne), Ogden; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters, Sally, Ogden; JoAnn (Gary), Morgan; and Peggy (Doug), Westminster, CO.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial open house will be held in her honor on Saturday, August 27th from 1 to 3 p.m. closing with a time of reflection at Mountain View Baptist Church, located just west of Highway 89 on SR 193 in Layton.
