LAYTON – MartyLynn Iverson, 37, passed away April 6, 2016 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She was born January 26, 1979 in Heber City, Utah the daughter of Corey Iverson and Kathleen Gagon Miller.

Throughout her life she had lived in Roosevelt, Utah; Gillette, Wyoming; Layton, Utah; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Cheyenne, Wyoming.

MartyLynn was a Christian and loved training dogs, crafts and scrapbooking.

She is survived by her son, Treighton Hoang, daughter, Alanna Doughty, step-father, Butch Miller, father, Corey Iverson, sister, Michelle Doughty, brother, Anthony Miller and her adopted parents, Melody and Lewis Chavez.

Preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen Miller, grandmother, Flora Gagon.

We would like to give a special thank you to all that helped with funeral arrangement.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.  Friends may visit family Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30 at the mortuary.

A potluck will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Rosewood Lane Church of the Nazarene, 455 Rosewood Lane, Layton, Utah.
