He was born in Vernal, Utah on June 2, 1932 to Everett Lamoni Alexander and Norma Pearl Hall. He loved many things, boating with family and friends at Lake Powell, BYU football, Jazz basketball, and snowmobiling with his daughter and five sons.
He had a strong testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ and had many church callings. He loved being a bishop and also a youth leader for many years. He and Elaine served a humanitarian mission in Haiti from 2001-2002.
He is survived by his wife Elaine and children Robb, Jeany, Cliff, Mark, Jay, and Stan, 27 grandchildren and 63 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, sister Oral Alexander Grow, and Great-grandson Easton Alexander.
