Mary Madelyn Lujan-Valencia beloved mother, sister, aunt Maddy, grandmother, niece, and friend passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018, in Ogden, UT

Madelyn was born to Erma Trujillo-Lujan (deceased) and Ferman Lujan (deceased) on September 30, 1954 in Dragerton, UT. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, and baby brother, Patrick Lujan.

Madelyn is survived by her two boys, Matthew Garcia of Ogden, UT and David Garcia of Ogden, UT; one granddaughter, one great-granddaughter; by two sisters, Carol Denise (Jan) Garner of Perry, UT and Yvonne Bonnie (Ramon) Quintana of Liberty, UT; two nieces, three nephews, seven great-nieces and nephews; and one very close friend, James Boe, whom she loved spending time with.

Madelyn loved and care for many, especially family.

Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 514 24th St., Ogden, UT. Interment, Ogden City Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
