June 12, 1959 ~ August 17, 2014

MaryAnn Kemp of Ogden, Utah passed away at Lotus Park Assisted Living on Sunday, August 17, 2014, at the age of 55, surrounded by her loving mother, daughters, brothers, and compassionate caregivers.

MaryAnn is preceded in death by her father, Russell W. Kemp and close family members, Carl and Forest Manzel.

MaryAnn is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Brooke Briskey of Las Vegas, Nevada and Keri (Sam) Barrett of Ogden, Utah.  She also leaves behind her dear mother, Elaine Mathias at Lotus Park Care Center, West Haven, Utah; and brothers, John Boatwright of Roy, Utah and Brian Kemp of Leawood, Kansas.

MaryAnn was born in Ogden, Utah on June 12, 1959.  She graduated from Bonneville High School.

She spent her years working as a Quality Assurance Engineer and later became a flight attendant, which she loved to do and enjoyed the benefits of traveling.

MaryAnn enjoyed her time playing softball, working in her yard, traveling, volunteering her time to others, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 9 a.m. at Leavitt’s Aultorest Mausoleum, 836 36 ^th St.  A Celebration of life will be held following the services from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Bella’s Fresh Mexican Grill, 2651 North 1850 West, Farr West, Utah.  Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
