Memphis Rain Redford

On January 3, 2015, another angel was taken home, our little man, Memphis Rain.

He was such an amazing little soul.  Although being with us just a short while, he taught us all so much, and made an impact on everyone's lives around him.  Although his struggles were great, he powered through them and continued to fight even when his physical body could no more.

I truly feel Memphis was brought into our lives for very special reasons, like to appreciate those things we take for granted.  He showed us our strengths and how to love unconditionally. Especially this mother who fought with him every step of the way, and knew what was to come, but instead of being selfish she made a tough decision to allow him to be at peace.  She didn't want him to leave, but in her heart knew it was time to let him go.

He is no longer with us here on earth.  He's now in Heaven being held and loved by his Grandpa Neil and other loved ones.  He will always hold a special place in our hearts that no one else can fill.  He was truly one of a kind and it is hard to let him go.  He's in a better place now.  He can do things he couldn't do no earth.

All we have are memories that will never fade and a love that will never die.

Until we meet again it's time to say goodbye.
